Though we strive to give you a great customer experience each time you shop with us, if at all you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, you can return your Order for a full refund.

We mean what we say! All you need to do is give us a call on +91-9761821671 or drop an email at within a period of 45 days, from the date of receipt.

But yes for us you are more than just a customer for us, so hope that even you will understand and will not let us to bear the loss either; so return of products will be accepted only if the products are returned in a saleable condition with the tags intact and in their original packaging, in an unwashed and undamaged condition. Also the parcel should be in its original packaging and box as received along with all the trims & accessories (back support, clips, tags, buttons, laces, etc.). Worn or damaged articles will not be accepted. Make sure you retain the original invoice as well the “proof of dispatch” issues by our logistics partner who comes to collect the packet. No fold marks on footwear will be accepted in this regard. Hey, no hard feelings here, it’s fair!

The refund will be processed within 7 days. Typically, it takes about 2 weeks after processing; to get the refund credited in your account (depends on the bank). The refunds of ‘Cash of Delivery’ will be made through cheque in the name of the customer. The cheque will be sent to the registered address of the customer. If you do not hold a bank account, please provide your parents/guardian/friend’s bank account details along with an authorization letter so we can draw a cheque in their favour, as instructed by you.

What is the refund policy of

The amount that you paid for the returned product will be refunded completely. In case any discount or coupon code was applied on the original order, the amount received after deduction of the discount, will be refunded. The discount amount will be proportionately distributed among the number of products in the original order. Any referral points, if used, will be returned back to your account on subject to the validity of points.

Please note that shipping charges, if applicable on the original order, will not be refunded.

Can I return a part of my order?

Yes you can return a part of your order anytime after receiving it. See Return policy to return part of your order.

We suggest, you receive the order and then book a return for the product you do not wish to keep.

How do I return a damaged/defective order?

How long will the refund processing take?

It will take 5-7 working days to process the refund after the article is received in the warehouse.

How will I receive my refund?

a) Payments made through net banking or credit/debit cards will be processed in the form a reverse entry.

b) Payments made through COD will be processed through cheque drawn on the customer’s name. In case the customer doesn’t hold a bank account, then the customer can provide their parents/Guardian/Friend’s account details along with an authorization letter so we can draw a cheque in their favour, as instructed by you.
